TOWNSHIP OF ROCHELLE PARK REVALUATION UPDATE (AS OF MAY 30, 2025)
As directed by the Bergen County Board of Taxation and the New Jersey Division of Taxation, the Township of Rochelle Park is revaluing all taxable real estate for the 2026 tax year to ensure uniform and equitable assessments. The Township has entered into a contract with Appraisal Systems, Inc. to conduct the revaluation program.

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that an Executive Session of the Township Committee of the Township of Rochelle Park will be held in the Municipal Building, located at 151 W. Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, N.J. 07662 at 6:00 P.M. on Wednesday, June 11, 2025 to discuss the following:
