Garbage & Recycling Schedule
Garbage pick-up is Tuesday and Friday, January – December.
Grass/Yard Waste/Leaves begins on Monday, April 3 – Monday, December 11.
NO Recycling pickup on Monday May 29 (Memorial Day) pickup on Tuesday May 30.
White goods/Appliances/Metal pick up is on Monday. Please call Department of Public Works at 201-587-7740 to schedule a pick-up. No answer, no problem – leave your address and the item on the voicemail.
Residents are reminded that containers or bundles shall not be placed at the curb for collection prior to 6:00 PM on the day preceding collection, nor shall any containers or bundles be left at the curb beyond 8:00 PM of the day of collection – Ordinance #112-16. (This includes recycling containers)
