Homeowners should be informed of the procedures which solicitors must follow in the Township of Rochelle Park. Most importantly, all solicitors are required to obtain a license from the Rochelle Park Police Department. A homeowner should be able to see these licenses displayed by the solicitor.
The hours permitted to conduct a house-to-house solicitation are between 9:00 a.m. and sunset. |
