TAKE NOTICE that on the 5th day of November 2018 at 7:30PM, a special meeting will be held before the Township of Rochelle Park Planning Board, at the Municipal Building 151 W. Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, New Jersey, to hear and decide upon the following application.  Formal action may be taken.


Application of TFJ 120 Passaic, LLC , 120 W. Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, New Jersey 07662 and designated on the tax maps of the Township of Rochelle Park as Block 92 Lots 1 & 2, and Block 93 Lot 1. The property is located in the 120 West Passaic Redevelopment Area. Applicant is seeking preliminary and final major site plan approval and preliminary and final major subdivision approval, a design standard deviation, for the variance and waiver set forth below, and for such variances, exceptions, approvals, waivers, permits or relief as may be determined to be necessary upon further review of the Application.  Applicant requests the approvals in connection with the removal of an existing two-story concrete building at the site and the construction of a four-story approximately 114,320 sf self-storage facility, as well as the reconfiguration of the existing three lots at the site into for separate tax lots in accordance with the 120 West Passaic Street Redevelopment Plan adopted on September 26, 2018.


The plans and application are on file in the Office of the Township Clerk, at the Rochelle Park Municipal Building, 151 West Passaic Street, Rochelle Park, New Jersey 07662 and are available for inspection during the Clerk’s normal business hours.
